Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unopened and in original, sealed packaging

Items must be in new, unused condition

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Once the product packaging has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

The fastest way to exchange or upgrade your product is to:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Warranty
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all red light therapy pads, as well as controllers and plugs. This warranty covers manufacturer defects under normal use.
